
The revised National Development Strategy "Moldova 2030" will be presented on February 24 at the international conference MACRO 2022.
This was reported by the press service of the government, noting that the document is a strategic vision of the country's development for the next decade. The strategy document for all political documents at the national, regional and local levels will be presented during the event by Moldovan Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita. Subsequently, the strategy will be submitted for public consultations and discussion. The 10th MACRO 2022 conference will traditionally bring together officials, experts, political scientists, representatives of the private sector, special guests from the country and from abroad. The event will take place on February 23 and 24 in a hybrid format (offline with live broadcast online). During the 2 days of the conference, consisting of 7 discussion panels, other topics will be discussed regarding global trends that will determine the future global environment, their impact on the new economic growth model of Moldova, as well as development priorities that can ensure a sustainable economic growth. The conference is also a platform to discuss the vision of investments and reforms to be implemented in the coming years. Participants will focus on state priorities in the field of economy, social sphere, ecology, functional justice and public administration in order to improve the living conditions of the population. The topic of digital transformation of Moldova will also be addressed through the development of partnerships for innovation, access to expertise and best practices related to digitalization.
