As Iutecredit Europe (Estonia) acquired on Monday a 9.98% stake in the Moldovan Energbank.
The transaction with 119.52 thousand Energbank shares with a par value of 50 lei, which were sold at 170.44 lei per share for a total of 34 million lei, was registered at the Stock Exchange of Moldova. Earlier it was reported that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 521 of the Law on Banking Activities dated 06.10.2017, Enerbank put up for sale 199,519 of its shares (9.9760%) on the regulated market as “separate shares” in the period of 20.12.2021 - 18.01 .2022 at a price of 170.44 lei apiece.
