The current contract with Gazprom on the issue of natural gas supplies to Moldova has been extended by one month, until the end of October this year.
This was announced by the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Moldovagaz" Vadim Ceban, noting that this will ensure gas supplies to all consumers of the country during this period. At the same time, negotiations on longer terms of validity and price terms of the contract will continue. Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development of Moldova Andrei Spinu also said that discussions on the contract for the supply of gas to Moldova continue, and in order not to jeopardize gas supplies in the short term, it was decided to extend the contract for the supply of gas between Moldovagaz and Gazprom for one month. "The extension of the contract took place on the same terms as Moldovareceived gas in September. Tomorrow, on Friday, I will organize a press conference at which I will provide more detailed information," Andrei Spinu wrote on his social network page. //30.09.2021 – InfoMarket.
