
The candidate for the post of Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita has submitted to parliament the nominal composition and the program of activities of the newly formed government, which will have a new structure.
In particular, the following were proposed to its cabinet: Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development Andrei Spinu, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Nicu Popescu, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Vladislav Kulminski, Deputy Prime Minister for Digitalization Iurie Turcanu, Minister of Health Ala Nemerenco, Minister of Internal Affairs Ana Revenco, Minister of Justice Sergiu Litvinenco, Minister of Defense Anatolie Nosatâi, Minister of Education and Research Anatolie Topala, Minister of Economy Sergiu Gaibu, Minister of the Environment Iuliana Cantaragiu, Minister of Finance Dumitru Budeanschi, Minister of Culture Sergiu Prodan, Minister Labor and Social Protection Marcel Spataru, Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry Viorel Gherciu. The new government's program of activities is called Moldova vremurilor bune ("Moldova in good times") and sets a number of development goals structured in many strategic directions: economy, social protection, education, infrastructure, anti-corruption, justice, culture, etc. Immediate priorities for the new government include: effectively managing the health crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic; the beginning of the reform of justice and the launch of an anti-corruption package; increasing incomes of the population and social protection of vulnerable groups of the population; restoration of external financing.
