According to the Organization for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (ODIMM), the selected beneficiaries signed online gratuitous financing agreements totaling 14 million lei. Each of them will receive grants in the amount of up to 250 thousand lei. According to business projects, as a result of the implementation of investment projects, will be created 145 new jobs, and total investments in the national economy will amount to about 35 million lei. The companies attracted investments from 12 countries - Italy, Malta, Great Britain, Russia, France, Germany, Romania, Israel, USA, Ireland, Iceland, Greece and Spain. The new beneficiaries of the program will develop business in 24 districts of the country, and their main areas of activity are the cultivation of cereals, berries, vegetables in greenhouses, processing of walnut and lavender plantations, accommodation and catering activities, health and social assistance, clothing production, manufacturing herbal teas, wood processing, production of polystyrene products, processing and packaging of dried fruits. About 78% of new beneficiaries will develop their business in the villages of the country, and 22% in Chisinau municipality. The PARE 1 + 1 remittance attraction program is designed for migrant workers and / or their relatives of the first degree of kinship who want to invest in the establishment and / or development of their own business. The program works on the 1 + 1 principle - for each leu invested by a labor migrant or his/her relatives, the state will allocate another leu in the form of a grant.
