The National Bank of Moldova presented such data, noting that the liquidators of the named 3 banks, which are in the process of liquidation, continue to take measures to sell their assets in order to receive funds. According to the NBM, the corresponding total receipts to Banca de Economii as of the end of 2021 Q1 amounted to 1 billion 671.97 million lei, Banca Socială - 779.68 million lei, Unibank - 168.9 million lei. At the same time, in particular, in 2021 Q1, liquidators received about 19.68 million lei, including 7.36 million lei in Banca de Economii, 10.91 million lei - in Banca Socială, 1.41 million lei - in Unibank. According to the NBM, in general, since the withdrawal of licenses and as of the end of 2021 Q1, the proceeds of the three named banks from the payment (repayment) of loans and the sale of pledges amounted to 1 billion 133.83 million lei; the proceeds of Banca de Economii amounted to 379.91 million lei, Banca Socială - 622.78 million lei, Unibank - 131.14 million lei. At the same time, in general, they received about 3.35 million lei in 2021 Q1, in particular, the corresponding receipts of Banca de Economii amounted to 3.04 million lei, Banca Socială - 0.29 million lei, Unibank - 0.02 million lei. At the same time, their total receipts from the sale of own assets as of the end of 2021 Q1 amounted to about 337.78 million lei, while receipts of Banca de Economii amounted to 212.86 million lei, Banca Socială - 106.27 million lei, Unibank - 18.65 million lei. In particular, in 2021 Q1, these receipts from the three banks amounted to 2.81 million lei, including from Banca de Economii - 1.28 million lei, from Banca Socială - 1.53 million lei, and from Unibank - 0.1 thousand lei. As the NBM notes, the liquidators of the three banks continue to take legal measures related to the reimbursement of loans. Thus, liquidators cooperate with investigative and judicial authorities, take organizational measures to sell assets owned by banks, and also continue to work with debtors with the ultimate goal of repaying loans and repaying the emergency loans issued by the NBM. In general, there are 58 lawsuits in the courts for a total amount of about 4.08 billion lei. About 4.36 billion lei should be reimbursed to banks by debtors in the process of insolvency. There have also been registered 53 criminal cases in the custody of the criminal prosecution bodies in the amount of 50.24 billion lei.
