The corresponding draft government decree on the refreshment of food wheat from state material reserves has been submitted for public consultation. In particular, according to the project, economic agents will be allocated 20 thousand 787.06 tons of food wheat of the 2017 harvest. Wheat will be distributed on the basis of a contract, in accordance with the approved form, with the provision of a bank or financial guarantee covering the cost of the property allocated from the state reserve, as well as based on prepayment of the loan. Companies must restore the state reserve from the current year's harvest, returning wheat of the same quality and in the same volume to the state by October 1, 2021.
