From September 1 to 7, the Customs Service transferred 786.8 million lei to the budget, which is 17.2% less than a week earlier

According to the press service of the agency, over the past week, 23.2 million lei (3% of the total amount received) came from individuals who imported goods into Moldova in excess of the tax-free limits. In the first week of September, customs officers processed about 12,300 declarations, and vehicles crossed the state border 85,800 times. The heaviest traffic was at the Leuseni and Sculeni customs offices: almost 18,900 and 15,600 vehicle crossings, respectively.
