From this year, taxpayers will fill out a new POLMED25 reporting form
A new form for reporting the fee for products that pollute the environment during their use, as well as instructions for filling it out, has been published and entered into force in the Official Monitor. It is worth noting that this report must be submitted by legal entities and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities: manufacturers, importers and buyers of products that pollute the environment during their use, as well as for products packaged in primary, secondary or tertiary packaging made of plastic, wood, paper, cardboard, glass, metal; manufacturers and importers of packaging. Entities that are not part of the collective system of extended producer responsibility must submit reports monthly, up to and including the 25th day of the month following the reporting month, and entities that are part of the collective system of extended producer responsibility must fill out the report by April 30 of the month following the reporting year.// 03.02.2025 – InfoMarket.
