The Moldovan Finance Ministry is ready to cooperate with businesses to increase the efficiency of tax administration processes
This was stated by the head of the ministry, Victoria Belous, at a meeting with members of the European Business Association (EBA) from Moldova. The meeting was aimed at identifying the problems faced by the business environment and determining the best solutions to support it. According to the Finance Ministry, during the discussions, the Finance Minister and representatives of the State Tax Service gave explanations on a number of fiscal and administrative aspects related to the introduction of a levy on territory improvement, provisions on primary documents of strict accountability, technical regulations aimed at facilitating the interaction between the authorities and the private sector, and other topics of interest. EBA representatives emphasized the importance of maintaining a constant and constructive dialogue between the authorities and the business environment, noting that this dialogue is necessary for the development of fair public policy and the creation of a stable economic environment.
