The event will discuss the first results of the new transfer pricing rules, which are in force in Moldova as of January 1, 2024, as well as the prospects for the use of pricing agreements (APAs) recently introduced in Moldovan tax legislation. “In a complex international context, where transfer pricing issues are seen by multinational companies as a major risk factor in the tax systems of the countries in which they operate, internal transfer pricing audits and the implementation of voluntary corrections become prioritized as a prudent and protective tax compliance measure.
