The State Tax Service reported that it has published a list of 78 individual taxpayers whose tax overpayments do not exceed 1 thousand lei, but are subject to cancellation due to the expiration of the statute of limitations (more than 6 years). These individuals overpaid to the budget from 8 bani to 964.8 lei, a total of 20.6 thousand lei. According to the established procedures, if taxpayers do not provide evidence regarding the impossibility of complying with the statute of limitations, these amounts will be cancelled. To provide evidence, taxpayers must contact the large taxpayer servicing department.
