State Tax Service: The electronic archive of tax documents is available through electronic services.
State Tax Service reported that, in its information systems, records of taxpayer activities are recorded on the basis of the Tax Code. But at the current stage, electronic tax services are not technically adapted to enable the taxpayer to view the archive of actions for the fiscal code that previously belonged to him/her. However, State Tax Service offers an alternative option for obtaining an electronic archive of tax documents. Thus, one can send a request to the email address mailto:asistana@sfs.md for the release of an electronic archive indicating the contact information of the responsible person within the organization. After 3 working days from the date of submitting a request for the release of an electronic archive of tax documents, the taxpayer must provide a copy of the identity card of the responsible person, a power of attorney to receive the electronic archive and an extract from the state register.
