Moldova's railway returned to profitability after posting losses in previous years
The net profit of the state-owned enterprise "Moldovan Railways" for the first nine months of 2026 amounted to 22.7 million lei, compared with a loss of 320 million lei in 2024 (about 85 million lei in 2025)
