In Moldova, public offerings in the capital market picked up significantly in the first half of the year: the regulator recorded new corporate bond issuances and an increase in funding raised through this mechanism. At the same time, the industry continues to develop the infrastructure and regulatory framework that will shape the market's future dynamics and pave the way for new instruments for issuers and investors.
