The State Tax Service has released a draft procedure for public consultation that will define how intermediaries will register to operate under the new VAT regime for online orders from abroad valued at up to 150 euros. The document is intended to establish a mechanism for registering such intermediaries, their interactions with the agency, and the conditions under which they will be able to represent foreign sellers and marketplaces in the local market.
