This was discussed during talks held by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, in collaboration with the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA), with representatives of business associations during an online meeting on the platform of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister. Natalia Selevestru, State Secretary of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization and Chair of the ODA Council, presented changes regarding the digitalization of the application process through the "Entrepreneur's Cabinet" and the organization of monthly competitions. Applications are accepted during the first 5 business days of the month. However, the competition may be closed early if the established limit—the allocated budget plus 20%—is reached. This additional margin takes into account statistics on rejected applications from previous years. The goal of this approach is to ensure that applications are evaluated and decisions are made within the same monthly cycle.
