Moldova will begin purchasing thermal energy from independent producers

Moldova is drafting rules for purchasing heat from independent producers: the regulator has put forward for discussion a mechanism designed to open the market to new heat sources and make the centralized heat supply system more efficient. At the same time, the draft specifically outlines the conditions under which such purchases must not worsen the situation for consumers or affect rates.
