The Agency for Agricultural Interventions and Payments (AIPA) announced that the application period for direct payments in the livestock sector for cow, sheep, and goat milk as part of the campaign that ran from July 6 to August 14. In total, AIPA received 226 applications during this period. The total amount of financial support requested amounts to 105.39 million lei. Financial assistance is provided per kilogram of milk and applies to cow's, sheep's, and goat's milk sold from July 1 through December 31, 2025. Direct payments under this call for applications will be funded by resources allocated under the Reform Agenda of Moldova's Growth Plan for 2025–2027, as well as by funds from the National Fund for the Development of Agriculture and the Rural Environment. The next step is to process the submitted applications in accordance with the provisions of the current regulatory framework to determine compliance with the criteria and approve the payments.
