A delegation of the Finance Ministry and the National Bank of Moldova will visit the United States from October 21 to 26, where it will participate in the annual meetings of the WB and IMF
The Finance Ministry reported that Finance Minister Victoria Belous, State Secretary of the Finance Ministry Ion Gumene, as well as a delegation of the National Bank of Moldova (NBM) will pay a working visit to Washington. In Washington, the Moldovan delegation will hold a series of meetings with representatives of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, finance ministers, heads of central banks from other countries and representatives of other institutions. The discussions this year will be focused on the evolution and prospects of the world economy, promotion of efficient financial policies, implementation of optimal structural reforms, as well as measures needed to ensure financial stability and economic sustainability.
