ODA has approved the first applications submitted under the new guarantee product "Emergency Agricultural Loan".
The Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA) announced this, recalling that the initiative, launched on March 1, is a major support for micro and small grain farming enterprises. They have quick access to loans of up to 500 thousand lei with a 90% guarantee of the Credit Guarantee Fund, administered by the ODA. The allocated funds will be used for: purchase of seeds, fuel, fertilizers, mechanized services and financial support of labor costs related to agricultural works carried out in the spring season. The procedure for requesting guarantees from ODA is fully automated and takes place through partner banks. Thus, applicants are encouraged to access guaranteed loans through one of the country's 11 partner banks. The Emergency Agricultural Loan guarantee product was developed by ODA on the initiative of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry.
