Seven land plots were sold at a land auction organized by the Chisinau Mayor's office, 33.6 million lei will go to the municipal budget.
These are the results of the fourth auction for the purchase and sale of land within the municipality, which took place on October 7th. 18 land plots ranging from 0.0049 to 6 hectares were put up for auction, for various purposes: for the construction of residential buildings; areas for owners of adjacent lands; production and storage base, etc. The initial price of a plot of land ranged from 330 thousand to 100 million lei. The most demanded at this auction was a plot of 0.52 hectares, which was sold for 12 million lei. It is intended for the construction of a residential complex in the zone C2-R6, in the perimeter of the streets Mircea cel Batrin- N.Sulac- N.Milescu-Spataru- Bucovinei. For 7.2 million lei, was sold a plot located on Uzinelor street, in zone S, another object in zone C7 - for 6.3 million lei.
