This follows from the new inflation data for 9 months of 2022, provided by the National Bureau of Statistics. As noted, at the same time, electricity tariffs in September 2022, compared to December 2021, increased by 59.8%, as well as compared to September 2021. At the same time, centralized heating tariffs in September 2022, compared to December 2021, increased by 54.11%, and compared to September last year - by 92.03%. Overall, utility rates in September 2022, compared to December 2021, increased by 69.02%, and compared to September 2021, increased by 104.58%. Water rates increased by 0.6% in both cases.
