
Enterprises that have received gratuitous financial assistance under the PARE 1+1 program will be able to receive additional development assistance in the amount of up to 500 thousand lei.
This is envisaged by the PARE 1+2 Remittances to the Economy Program, published in Monitorul Oficial on Friday. The program is intended for migrant workers and their relatives of the 1st degree of kinship who have successfully implemented an investment project under the PARE 1 + 1 program and intend to expand their economic activity by increasing production capacity, diversifying products and entering new markets. Grant financing will be provided for investment projects aimed at expanding the activities of the enterprise, on the basis of the “1 + 2” rule, that is, 1 lei invested from the beneficiary's own contribution will be supplemented by 2 lei from the program resources. The amount of gratuitous financing will be up to 500 thousand lei. Potential beneficiaries of this program can be enterprises that have received assistance under the PARE 1 + 1 program (for each invested lei, beneficiaries-migrant workers or their relatives receive 1 lei in the form of state assistance, and the maximum grant amount is limited to 250 thousand lei), working on market for at least 2 years and retained at least 5 jobs. The beneficiaries must have a permanent composition of founders who own at least 75% of the company's shares and demonstrate a positive trend in financial and economic development. Funds provided under the “1 + 2” rule can cover only a certain list of expenses: for long-term tangible and intangible assets, including obtaining standards, quality certificates, franchises, software applications within the limits approved by the provisions of the operational manual, as well as for services business development (consultations and training in the field of ongoing activities, marketing and advertising within the limits approved by the provisions of the operational manual). Expenses for agricultural equipment, office furniture, debts, financing of leasing expenses, loans, taxes and fees, rent, etc. are unacceptable for this program.
