According to the press service of the mayor's office, during the three tenders held on Monday for the placement of mobile outlets in the territory of Chisinau, out of 52 exposed lots, 13 lots were drawn - 9 for the sale of periodicals and 4 for the sale of flowers, and 1 lot was excluded from the tender. The initial price of the lots put up for the competition varied from 241 thousand to 350 thousand lei. The total amount of drawn lots for the right to place mobile retail outlets amounted to 4.67 million lei. The term of the contract for the right to trade is 5 years. The mayor's office clarifies that in order to prevent monopolization of street trade and organize a healthy competitive environment, each participant in the competition can receive up to 3 lots (1 lot in each park, square, alley).
