According to the Chisinau mayor's office, in the course of the next auction, was awarded the right to place street trade objects at 10 addresses. The most expensive place is for 3.1 million lei, which the mayor's office will receive for granting the right to an economic agent to place a kiosk selling tea, coffee and pastries in the Botanica sector (N. Zelinsky street, 13). Also, large sums were offered for the placement of kiosks on 84/6 Albisoara Street (Riscani) - 2.9 million lei and on the territory of the Cathedral Square - 2.3 million lei. The right to place retail facilities will be granted to the auction winners for a 5-year period. It is worth noting that of the 28 places put up for auction, 18 were withdrawn due to the lack of applications for placement at these kiosk addresses. Three locations for the placement of periodicals, stationery and souvenirs were awarded through direct negotiations, since only one applicant participated in the competition. No applications for participation in the tender for the placement of flower kiosks were registered.
