According to the information provided by the Public Property Agency, revenues from the denationalization of public property in 2020 amounted to 372 million 170.6 thousand lei. This amount includes compensation for the concession of assets and land plots: 9 million 038.6 thousand lei - payments according to the concession agreement for assets managed by the State Enterprise Aeroportul Internațional Chișinău and the adjacent plot, and 5 million 223.8 thousand lei - payments in accordance with the agreement of public-private partnership for the modernization and improvement of the efficiency of the SE "Gările și Stațiile Auto". Last year, the Public Property Agency organized 3 rounds of auctions on the regulated market of the Stock Exchange, 4 auctions and 1 commercial tender, during which 51 public property objects of the state subject to privatization were put up for sale. As a result of the auction, 19 objects were privatized, including 4 state-owned enterprises (single property complexes), 8 property complexes and 7 real estate objects (plots for construction). By the end of 2020, 14 contracts for the purchase and sale of objects subject to privatization and 4 contracts for the sale and purchase of land plots with private property were concluded. In particular, the printing house and dispensary of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, the agricultural enterprise Vivaflora, the recreation center "Chaika" in Koblevo (Ukraine), real estate and plots for construction, etc. were privatized. Last year, the Agency provided monitoring of 45 public-private partnerships and concessions, registered in the Register of Public Property; approved of a feasibility study for 1 project of public-private partnership; monitored 12 contracts for the sale and purchase of public property objects of the state, privatized through tenders and 5 contracts for the lease of land plots related to private property.
