On November 29, the Moldovan Leu Day, the National Bank of Moldova and commercial banks will organize a trip along the "Money Road" for schoolchildren and students
As reported by the NBM, this financial education event is designed to establish in the public space an understanding of the evolution of the financial environment for the growth of a new generation of consumers - informed, responsible and rational. The "trip" will start at the National Bank, where children and young people who want to learn more about the national currency, its role in history and economy, will have the opportunity to see the exhibition hall of the National Bank, a collection of commemorative and jubilee coins, and discuss many other interesting things in the financial and banking sector with NBM specialists. The second part of the trip will take place in one of the licensed banks, where interactive presentations will be prepared for visitors on what can be useful in making financial decisions for young consumers, and will help them become more efficient. Participation in the event is possible upon prior registration. Groups of up to 30 people aged 12 and older will be formed. Students will be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for the safety of minors during the trip. Requests can be sent until November 25 to the e-mail address edufin@bnm.md.
