This decision was made during an extraordinary general meeting of the bank's shareholders, held in absentia on January 15. The dividends will be paid proportionally to the number of shares held by the shareholders. The dividends will amount to 35 lei per 1 share. The dividends will be paid within 3 months. At the same time, the remaining 29.76 million lei from the net profit for 2022 will be left undistributed until the general shareholders' meeting adopts another decision. At the same meeting, Energbank shareholders approved a new version of the bank's Charter and the Regulation of its Board, amendments to the Regulation of holding general meetings of shareholders, as well as took note of the bank's development strategy for 2024-2026, approved by the bank's Board on November 23, 2023. In February 2022, Iute Credit Europe (currently Iute Grup AS) acquired a controlling stake (59.7%) in Energbank, subsequently increasing its share to 95.92%.
