A new law on investment funds is being prepared for approval in Moldova

The Administrative Council of the National Commission for the Financial Market (NCFM) approved the draft law and submitted it to the Ministry of Finance for further consideration by the government and parliament. The bill aims to modernize regulation of the collective investment market and align it with EU standards. According to the NCFM, the document provides for the creation of a unified legal framework for the establishment, licensing, operation, and supervision of investment funds and management companies.
