Young Moldovans working in the creative sector will be able to work directly with experienced European entrepreneurs as part of the new Creativeye initiative
According to the European Union Delegation to Moldova, this initiative, launched by the European Commission's Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) programme, which supports the exchange of entrepreneurial experience across Europe, aims to support the exchange of experience between aspiring and experienced entrepreneurs from other countries. Young Moldovans will have the opportunity to work directly with European entrepreneurs, benefiting from their experience and new perspectives, while hosts will gain fresh insights from the participants. To participate, applicants must have a newly established business (no older than three years) or be in the planning stage of launching their business. The EYE programme operates as well as in other countries in Moldova and Ukraine. The competition is run by Consorzio Materahub and is co-financed by the European Union. Materahub aims to attract entrepreneurs and organizations from the creative and cultural sectors to participate in the EYE programme in order to build a broader network of entrepreneurs and specialists from the EU's creative and cultural sectors. Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) is a European exchange program that helps entrepreneurs start their own businesses. Under the program, aspiring entrepreneurs from one country undertake an internship with experienced entrepreneurs in another European country. The internship can last up to six months. During the exchange, aspiring entrepreneurs develop their business skills by working directly with the host entrepreneur, gaining knowledge and experience in small business management. The host entrepreneur gets the opportunity to gain a fresh perspective on their business, establish connections with entrepreneurs from other countries, and learn about new markets.
