As Prime Minister noted, economic development and income are the government's priorities. Since they determine the quality of life and security of tomorrow, the authorities have continued to maintain stability even in difficult years, with drought, external crises, and war on the border. "We have managed to reduce inflation and allocate important social budgets for the people. Now is the time to rebuild the economy! We are investing unprecedented amounts across the country, thanks to European assistance and the largest financial package ever received—the Growth Plan, which will help us achieve growth of more than 5% by 2028," Prime Minister said. According to him, the current government has supported entrepreneurs, and state funding for small and medium-sized businesses has increased more than six-fold, from 200 million to 1.3 billion lei. More than 780 entrepreneurs have received investments of 4.8 billion lei, equivalent to 1.3% of GDP. More than 65% of Moldovan products are sold on the European market, and some are exported duty-free, including chicken and eggs. Moldova has become the largest exporter of plums to the EU. In 2023, the state provided direct payments per kilogram of milk for the first time, and its production increased by 16%. Exports of services reached almost $3 billion, and their trade balance is positive. "We have simplified rules for business, reduced bureaucracy, and digitized more than 300 government services, becoming a regional leader in digitalization. In 2020, the average salary was less than 8,000 lei, and now, in 2025, it has exceeded 16,000 lei, doubling in size. We know that we still have work to do, but we are continuing on the European path so that every citizen of the country can have higher incomes and a better life.
