This was announced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, noting that the minimum amount of deductions for investments is 5,000 euros. The term of the loan is a maximum of 10 years with a grace period of up to 4 years. The project provides tax incentives, the use of a "zero" VAT rate, import benefits through exemption from customs duties, fees, excise taxes on the import of equipment or services. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, livestock breeders and grain producers will be able to receive preferential loans under the Livada Moldovei project after the Moldovan government completes the procedure for expanding the acceptability of investment projects. The total cost of investments within the Livada Moldovei project, implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, is almost 185 million euros.
