According to the data of the National Bank of Moldova, all 11 banks of the country gained profit within 4 months of this year. At the same time, about 1 billion 433.9 million lei (85.1% of net income) came to 4 banks: maib, Moldindconbank, Victoriabank and OTP Bank. Another 251.4 million lei net profit was earned by the remaining 7 banks. At the same time, in 10 banks that earned profits in January-April 2023, the profit increased compared to the same period of 2022, and one bank registered a decline in profit. According to the data, provided by the National Bank, in January-April 2023, the largest net profit was registered in the following banks: maib - 438.12 million lei (January-April 2022 - 334.2 million lei), Moldindconbank - 406.59 million lei (253.56 million lei), Victoriabank - 313.29 million lei (180.49 million) and OTP Bank - 275.89 million lei (102.26 million).
