According to Aureliu Ciocoi, Acting Prime Minister, the National Emergency Situations Commission approved the expansion of the list of reimbursable drugs from the compulsory medical insurance funds to compensate for 100% the cost of drugs for COVID-19 patients in mild and moderate forms, which are treated at home. Ciocoi explained that medicines will be provided free of charge to both insured and uninsured persons. At the same time, the Ministry of Health will have to quickly develop a mechanism for the delivery of drugs to citizens who have confirmed COVID-19 and who are treated at home. The Commission also lifted the ban on walking in parks and similar public places, introduced from April 3, allowing groups of up to 3 people (or more, if it concerns members of the same family) to stay in parks, forests, sports and playgrounds, in entertainment areas. In this case, it is necessary to comply with the established epidemiological rules, wearing a mask is mandatory. The commission allowed the resumption of training to prepare national teams for participation in international competitions, as well as the holding of sports federation competitions in the open air, without the presence of spectators.
