The Constitutional Court of Moldova refused to suspend the decree of President Maia Sandu on the re-nomination of Natalia Gavrilita to the post of Prime Minister.
In particular, the Constitutional Court partially rejected the request of the deputies from the Socialist Party of RM, who demand to consider the constitutionality of the decree of Maia Sandu on the re-nomination of Natalia Gavrilita to the post of prime minister and insisted on the suspension of the decree pending a verdict. The Constitutional Court refused to suspend the decree on the re-nomination of Natalia Gavrilita to the post of prime minister, but said that on February 23 it will consider on the merits the request of the deputies from the Socialist Party of RM to review the constitutionality of the decree of the President of Moldova dated February 11.
