A new model for the assessment of residential buildings located in the cities of Moldova and in villages that are part of the municipalities of Chisinau and Balti has been introduced.
The corresponding order of the Agency of Land Relations and Cadastre was published in the Monitorul Oficial and came into force on January 5. The document contains a formula for determining the value of a land plot free of construction objects intended for the construction of an individual residential building, as well as a formula for establishing the assessed value of an individual residential building with/without an adjacent land plot, including all improvements on the site, including the cost of the main building. Also published are the materials used to assess the cost of residential buildings in the specified settlements: maps and descriptions of cost zones, assessment of standard objects for each settlement, quality indicators that will determine the price of real estate for tax purposes.
