The State Tax Service (STS) has identified 95.5 thousand inactive peasant (farms) households.
Data on farms which are to be excluded from the state register as of January 25, 2023 are published for every region and municipality of the country on the website of the Service. The STS reminds that last year, amendments to the Law on the establishment of some measures to support the activity of peasant (farm) households took effect, including simplifying the procedure for excluding inactive farms from the Register of Peasant (farm) Households and from the State Tax Register. According to the established procedures, the town hall shall inform the founders of peasant (farm) holdings according to the established list about the initiation of the exclusion procedure and shall publish a notice on the official webpage or on the information board of the town hall. Within 2 months after the publication of the notice, the farms may submit an application to terminate the exclusion procedure. If such an application is not submitted within the deadline, the mayor's office, on its own initiative, decides to exclude the farm from the Register of Peasant (Farm) Households. Further, according to the procedures, the STS excludes the fiscal codes of inactive peasant (farm) households from the State Tax Register without tax control, and transmits this information to the National Social Insurance Company (CNAS). // 30.01.2023 - InfoMarket
