At the same time about 15.9 million lei (2.9% of the total sum) was received as a result of customs clearance of goods imported by individuals in Moldova. According to the press service of the Department, from May 3 to May 9, customs officers processed more than 10.2 thousand declarations, and vehicles crossed the state border more than 79 thousand times. Last week, there were recorded 38 violations of customs laws, for which fines totaled 155 thousand lei. The most common violation is exceeding the terms of stay in Moldova of vehicles with foreign license plates.
