Moldova is preparing changes that will expand access to cadastral information for certain professional groups and clarify the procedure for obtaining it. At the same time, the bill amends the rules for subdividing land parcels and registering new properties, which could affect territorial and infrastructure development projects.
The Moldovan government has revised the mechanism for managing the resources of the fund that finances the development of the regulatory framework for the construction industry. The decision is expected to accelerate the implementation of relevant programs and strengthen the institutional framework of the industry, where new projects and updates to documents critical to the market are anticipated in the near future.
To date, the Moldovan government has allocated a total of more than 1.588 billion lei for projects under the "European Village – 2" National Program, and for projects under the "Europe Is Close" National Program — more than 697 million lei
