Moldova Is Developing Rules for the Certification of Real Estate Agents
Moldova has begun drafting regulations that will establish the procedure for mandatory certification of real estate agents and set forth requirements for their work in the market. The new regulations are intended to establish a unified mechanism for granting professionals access to brokerage activities and to define the grounds for issuing, suspending, and revoking certificates.
