The National Bank of Moldova has completed a three-year institutional transformation project aimed at fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the regulator. The bank states that the results achieved will serve as the foundation for further strengthening human resource capacity and expanding cooperation at the national and regional levels.
