The authorized capital of the Barza Albă Wine and Cognac Distillery has been increased by 4.94 million lei

One of Moldova’s largest divin producers has increased its authorized capital through an additional share issuance. The decision affects a state-owned enterprise that retains a special status in the market and produces well-known brands exported to various countries.
