Starting January 1, 2027, Moldova will maintain a list of service providers for procurement

A new mechanism for registering service providers in public procurement will take effect in Moldova starting in 2027: the authorities have approved the procedure for companies to voluntarily be included in a special list, as well as the rules for maintaining it. The initiative is designed to simplify the search for providers of ancillary procurement services, without changing the conditions for participation in tenders or giving registered participants an advantage in the selection process.
