Starting in September, application periods will be held monthly. Each period will begin on the first business day of the month and last for 5 business days. However, if the budget allocated for a given month is exhausted earlier, the application window will close immediately upon reaching the established limit. Applications can be submitted exclusively online through the "Entrepreneur's Cabinet" (e-Cabinet). The latest document templates, including the application form and the financial data submission form, will also be available there. To monitor available funding, the platform will feature a special budget counter that automatically compares the total value of submitted applications with the budget for that specific application round. The ODA recommends that entrepreneurs prepare the necessary documents in advance and familiarize themselves with the e-Cabinet before the application period opens. Since the beginning of 2026, the ODA has approved 384 investment projects under its non-repayable funding instruments. The total amount of approved grants was 187.13 million lei, and the implementation of these projects is expected to generate approximately 370 million lei in investments in the economy.
