Moldovan authorities have implemented five of the nine measures outlined in the Growth Plan's Reform Agenda - AIM

The Alliance of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of Moldova assessed the progress made on some of the reforms outlined in the Growth Plan for 2025–2027 and concluded that most of them have already been confirmed by publicly available data, while significant progress has been made on the rest. The report also identifies key implementation risks and provides recommendations for completing the remaining components and ensuring more transparent publication of the results.
