This is the largest number of participants in the event's history, which will be held under the motto "Wine That Brings Us Together." According to the event organizer, the National Office of Vine and Wine, the official opening of the festival will take place on October 3 at 12:00 p.m. Visitors will be offered opportunities to meet winemakers, participate in tastings, take guided tours of the venue with a sommelier, attend classes at the Wine School, and take trips to wineries across the country. The Wine School, which will open one hour before the festival begins, will host classes on tasting techniques, sparkling wines, local grape varieties, and products with protected geographical indications. This year's tasting pass will include a reusable Tritan glass and 10 tastings, valid on both days. As part of the event, the organizers plan to set a Guinness World Record by forming the image of a grapevine with people. Five museums and national heritage sites will participate in the cultural program, and Satoshi, Cuibul, Zdob si Zdub, Lidia Isac, Maria Iliuț, and other performers will take the main stage. The festivities will not be limited to the capital's city center: wineries across the country will organize their own events and tourist itineraries.
