According to the Ministry of Finance, the program has been accredited by order of the Minister of Education and Research and includes 50 hours of in-person instruction and 100 hours of independent study. Each group will consist of 25 participants. Throughout 2026, training groups are planned to be formed periodically, depending on the number of applications and availability of spots. The course is designed to develop skills in applying legislation and organizing public and sectoral procurement procedures. Completion of the course is one of the mandatory requirements for eligibility to become a certified procurement specialist.
