This was discussed during a meeting between Prime Minister Vasile Tofan and the UN Resident Coordinator in our country, Yeşim Oruç. The parties emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation to promote sustainable development, enhance the country's resilience, strengthen institutions, and improve the quality of public services. The officials also discussed areas for potentially deepening cooperation between the government and UN agencies, including support for vulnerable groups, refugees, and other areas where the organization's expertise and programs can be utilized. A key topic of the meeting was the development of the future Moldova–UN Framework Program for Cooperation for 2028–2032. The parties discussed the need for the future document to reflect the country's development priorities and Moldova's goals for the coming years.
