Moldova's Public Services Agency has launched an online registration service for homeowners with a valid electronic signature, allowing them to register at their place of permanent residence or temporary stay. The service is available on the agency's website, on the evo.gov.md portal, and in the EVO app without the need to submit paper documents or visit the agency's offices. You can register the owner and their minor children online, as well as deregister third parties registered at the owner's residence. To submit an application, you need a valid ID, proof of ownership or co-ownership of the property registered in the Real Estate Registry, and the property's address as confirmed in the State Address Registry. The data is verified automatically, the application is signed via MSign, and the service is paid for via MPay. Multiple transactions can be requested in a single application, but only for one address. A sole owner may remove all third parties from the registry, while a co-owner may remove only those registered prior to the co-owner's acquisition of their share; in all other cases, the consent of all co-owners is required, and the matter must be addressed to the agency's relevant department. The agency has warned that the use of the electronic service by owners and their children who hold ID cards in the form of a bank card issued between March 7, 2013, through March 31, 2025, will result in the automatic cancellation of these documents. After that, the citizen will need to apply for a new ID card at a branch of the Public Services Agency. // 06.10.2026 — InfoMarket.
